This hotel provided us with a fantastic location and a very comfortable stay after three weeks of traveling, and it was conveniently close to the train and bus station.

Really nice overall experience. Clean attractive hotel, nice staff and unbeatable location close to the pedestrian street. Plentiful and sensational breakfast with good chosen dishes for the start of the day. Location not far from the city center, and Falun staying at the Clarion. Again, walking distance to Karst Gallery. Great service throughout the venue.

The room was mind-blowingly spacious and spotlessly clean, while the evening meal was super tasty. The staff were jaw-droppingly friendly and helpful. The location in the city center was perfecto!

I had a fantastic stay at Lovely Hotel in Falun! The rooms were spacious and the ensuite bathrooms were lovely. The highlight for me was the sumptuous breakfast, with a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was perfect, with a beautiful view from my room. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Falun.

The standard single room at Clarion Collection Hotel Bergmastaren was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place for a short stay. The comfortable bed and minibar added to the overall comfort, making me feel relaxed and at ease during my time there. As a vegetarian/vegan, I appreciated the simple yet tasteful decor that gave me a sense of calm and tranquility.

The only thing I didn't love about the room was the presence of a safe. Personally, I don't see the need for one during my travels, but I understand that others may find it useful.

Stayed in town centre, great for exploring shops and restaurants. Rooms were basic but stylishly decorated, can see they made an effort with the decor. Got a really friendly welcome from the receptionist. Plus, there was a buffet-style dinner included in the price, which was a nice surprise.

Hotel looked quite old, and the corridors weren't renovated recently. Bed wasn't very comfortable - it was a bit too hard for our liking.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. the room was satisfactory with decent facilities and necessary amenities. Breakfast was served in a cozy atmosphere and was good value for money.

The hotel lacked soundproofing, which made the stay uncomfortable due to the constant noise from the corridor and other rooms.
